We are thrilled to announce that our esteemed colleague, Sally McMinimee, received dual honors from the Women Lawyers of Utah at their recent retreat. In addition to being named Lawyer of the Year, she was awarded the organization’s rare and prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. This exceptional recognition celebrates attorneys who demonstrate unparalleled professional excellence, steadfast integrity, and a deep dedication to advancing the practice of law. Sally has been actively practicing law in Utah for over 35 years and joined Ray Quinney & Nebeker in 2019, where she specializes in family law and litigation. She also serves as the co-chair of RQN's Women Lawyers Group. Beyond her exceptional legal career and commitment to mentoring fellow practitioners, Sally's dedication to the community is evident through her extensive pro bono work focusing on families and domestic violence. She serves on the board of Utah Legal Aid and the S.J. and Jessie E. Quinney Foundation and founded a memorial foundation to assist low income students at Judge Memorial in honor of her late husband, leaving a lasting legacy of legacy of service and compassion. We are incredibly fortunate to have Sally as a colleague, and we congratulate her on this well-deserved recognition.
