DC Velocity recently spoke with Juan Flores, Raymond West’s vice president of sales, regarding California’s new zero-emission forklift. The regulation requires most forklift fleets to switch to zero-emission (ZE) models between 2028 and 2038, with restrictions on selling new internal combustion (IC) forklifts starting in 2026.
