Preserving the past is a delicate process that demands careful planning and a deep understanding of architectural, cultural and historical nuances. Every historic building tells a story, reflecting the craftsmanship, values and identities of the people who built and used it. Because of their age, these buildings often require much care and attention. In our latest #IndustryInsight, Michelle Sacco Cunliffe and Scotney Fenton, AIA, discuss the importance and role of Historic Structure Reports in guiding restoration, reuse and long-term stewardship. https://loom.ly/57VC2sA

Take a look at the Mesa County Early Childhood Center at Clifton Campus in Colorado! This 13-acre campus, nestled into the valley of the Western Slope between an elementary school and a residential neighborhood, draws its aesthetic from the colors and striations in the local landscape. The new Clifton Early Childhood Education Center provides high-quality childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and care for older children when school is not in session. Each of the 12 classrooms has direct access to outdoor learning environments designed for age-appropriate play and exploration. https://loom.ly/w9GXcTY
