Our observations and takeaways: - all products and #innovations presented, regardless of the industry, from kids' toothbrushes to #farming machinery, talk about #AI as a #core component of their product or platform. - small companies and #startups at least discuss the need for partnerships and collaborations with other solutions and platforms. #LargeEnterprise organizations only include it in their marketing material. - many products look the same, feel the same, and quack like a duck…zero valuable noticeable differences. Competition is based on one more ‘button’ and cost. - very surprised NOT to see Apple, Tesla, ŌURA, but even a bigger surprise to see ‘blast from the past’ companies, TDK, Aiwa, Emerson (if you remember any of these logos). - unanimous decision across all conference speakers and presenters: No one can explain AI. AI will be everywhere and with everyone. Either embrace it as we did with cars, computers, and the internet, or be forgotten. - USA’s healthcare system stinks and will undergo the biggest disruption: change from us being patients to us becoming consumers with personalized services, improved outcomes, connected, and lower costs. - Interesting and undervalued statement: everyone in the world must have connectivity (#energy, #internet, #telecommunications). This was #REPartners first #CES. We are adding it to the list of MUST attend conferences for sure and on top of it, it is in the In-N-Out Burger city, #LasVegas.
