The 'new leads' fallacy. Have you ever had a new lead come into your website and be super hot, ready to buy, and things just seem to move super smoothly and quick? Chances are, this has happened to you at least once. And ever since, you've been chasing that high. But what you don't realize is that this 'new lead' is only new to your website.
