🚀 Helping Aspiring Recruiters Start & Scale Their Own Agency to $20K+/Month—Before Quitting Their Job | The PCC Method for Consistent Clients WITHOUT Cold Calling or Manual Prospecting

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠. → You have no clients. → You have no roadmap. → You don’t even know where to start. Most recruiters think their biggest challenge will be finding candidates. 𝐖𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠. The real challenge? Finding 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 who will pay you. One of my students transitioned from in-house recruiting to starting his own firm. At first, he was lost. He watched YouTube videos, read blog posts, and tried to piece together a strategy. Everything he found sounded the same. Then he found my training. Not recycled theories. Not fluff. Just a 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 that works. He followed the process. He landed clients. And now, he's building something on his own terms. If you're stuck in a 9-5, wondering how to break free, you don’t need more information. You need a 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦.

Recruiters, stop being order-takers. Hiring managers need to be told what to do. If you say yes to everything, they won’t respect you. The best recruiters don’t just listen. They advise. They challenge. They lead. Early in my career, I realized that if I gave clients multiple options, I could control the conversation and steer them toward the best solution. Here’s the framework I used: → 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐞 – Traditional headhunting. Charge 20-30% of salary. → 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 – Small payment upfront ($2,500+), balance due on placement. Refundable against the final invoice. → 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 – 1/3 upfront, 1/3 when presenting candidates, 1/3 at placement. Best for high-level roles. → 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧) – “Try before you buy.” Client pays an hourly bill rate while evaluating the candidate before hiring full-time. 𝟖𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠. Why? Because I 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 to. I didn’t ask for their preference. I showed them the best path. The moment you stop acting like an order-taker and start 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, everything changes. You’ll close more deals. You’ll earn more respect. And you’ll build a business that grows month after month. Tell them what to do. They’ll thank you for it.

🚀 Helping Aspiring Recruiters Start & Scale Their Own Agency to $20K+/Month—Before Quitting Their Job | The PCC Method for Consistent Clients WITHOUT Cold Calling or Manual Prospecting

I Helped another recruiter transition from the 9-5 grind to owning their recruiting agency. Here are 5 lessons I’ve learned after helping thousands of recruiters start their agencies: 1️⃣ Fear is normal, but action is essential. Many aspiring agency owners fear they’ll fail without corporate support. But with the right system, they don’t just survive—they thrive. 2️⃣ Imposter syndrome fades with results. It’s hard to doubt yourself when you’re closing deals and building something meaningful. 3️⃣ Finding clients isn’t luck; it’s strategy. I teach recruiters how to generate 3-5 meetings weekly using proven LinkedIn strategies and automation tools. 4️⃣ Support beats solo every time. Being part of a community with like-minded agency owners can make all the difference. Success loves company. 5️⃣ Time freedom isn’t a pipe dream. My coaching program has helped members build businesses alongside full-time jobs, proving it’s possible to create freedom on your terms. Hope that’s helpful!

🚀 Helping Aspiring Recruiters Start & Scale Their Own Agency to $20K+/Month—Before Quitting Their Job | The PCC Method for Consistent Clients WITHOUT Cold Calling or Manual Prospecting

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐲. The majority of recruiters on LinkedIn are making a critical mistake. Instead of focusing on their clients, they’re focusing on themselves. Here’s what I see all the time: - Banners that highlight how great their company is. - Headlines that talk about their skills and achievements. - Profiles that scream, “Look at me!” But here’s the truth: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮. They care about 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬 and how you can solve them. If your LinkedIn profile doesn’t speak directly to your ideal client’s pain points in the first three seconds, you’ve lost them. They won’t connect with you. They won’t send you a message. And they definitely won’t hire you. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐱 𝐢𝐭: 1️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭. What’s frustrating them? Is it a revolving door of hires? Wasted time and money? Slow or low-quality recruiting processes? 2️⃣ 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞. Example: Instead of “Recruiter specializing in tech roles,” try “Helping tech companies solve retention problems by delivering top-tier candidates in half the time.” 3️⃣ 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. Your banner. Your “About” section. Your posts. Make it all about how you eliminate their headaches. When you shift the focus from yourself to your clients, LinkedIn transforms into a lead-generating machine. You’ll go from chasing clients to having them 𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 and say, “Let’s talk.” If your LinkedIn profile isn’t bringing you inbound leads, it’s time to rethink your strategy. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞? Share it below—let’s get it solved.

🚀 Helping Aspiring Recruiters Start & Scale Their Own Agency to $20K+/Month—Before Quitting Their Job | The PCC Method for Consistent Clients WITHOUT Cold Calling or Manual Prospecting

95% of recruiter profiles I see miss the mark on these 3 things: -Who you specialize in helping -What roles you’re amazing at filling -Why you’re the recruiter candidates and companies should trust Too much buzzwords. Not enough real talk. Candidates and clients aren’t mind readers. Make it clear who you are and why you’re the one they need. Clarity builds trust. Trust gets results.

🚀 Helping Aspiring Recruiters Start & Scale Their Own Agency to $20K+/Month—Before Quitting Their Job | The PCC Method for Consistent Clients WITHOUT Cold Calling or Manual Prospecting

Yesterday I turned 50. Here are 25 lessons I've learned over the past five decades that shaped who I am and how I live. 👇🏼 1. Starting is the hardest part—and the most important one. 2. Consistency will outperform talent every single time. 3. Your environment is either your greatest ally or your biggest hurdle 4. Taking risks feels terrifying but regret is far worse. 5. The best investment you’ll ever make is in yourself. 6. People don’t buy products or services—they buy outcomes. 7. You can’t pour from an empty cup; prioritize yourself first. 8. There’s always room at the top for those willing to work. 9. Asking for help isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom. 10. Comparison is the thief of both joy and progress. 11. If it’s not a “hell yes,” it’s a no. 12. Don’t underestimate the power of your network—it’s worth more than gold. 13. You’re closer to success than you think; keep going. 14. Self-doubt is normal; letting it win isn’t. 15. Fear is temporary, but the rewards of courage last forever. 16. A clear vision can overcome any obstacle. 17. Simple systems beat scattered brilliance every day. 18. Don’t mistake busyness for progress. 19. Your reputation is your most valuable currency—protect it. 20. It’s never too late to start, but it’s always too soon to quit. 21. Say no to things that don’t align with your goals unapologetically. 22. Every failure is a step closer to the result you want. 23. There’s no substitute for surrounding yourself with the right people. 24. Gratitude isn’t just a mindset—it’s a strategy for happiness. 25. The best way to predict the future is to create it. 50 years taught me a lot, but here’s my biggest takeaway: Time is fleeting. Use it to build something that matters, love the people who matter, and take the chances that scare you. Cheers to the next chapter! 🥂 ✌🏻
