We’re looking at skills in isolation. Skills don’t exist on their own. They need to be correlated to the evolution of work. Yet, most companies build skills strategies without understanding: 🔹 How work actually gets done 🔹 How tasks and responsibilities shift over time 🔹 How automation is changing the nature of jobs Without this, your skills strategy is just guesswork. Want upskilling to actually work? ➡️ Start by mapping how work is changing. Want to predict future skill needs? ➡️ Understand the work first, then the skills.
