REEP (Real Estate Equity Partners) was founded in 2012 by principals Jacob and Arleen Garza, who share over 20+ years of real estate experience. We are focused on acquiring under-performing, income producing, multi-family investment opportunities in Texas. REEP Equity, along with our sister company REEP Management, are solely focused on the multi-family sector to pledge incomparable commitment and service to both our residents and investors. Our other in-house departments include asset management, construction, property management, cost segregation, pre- and post-disposition. Since 2012 REEP Equity has bought, sold, and managed over 5,840 units across San Antonio, Houston, and Austin, taking 11 properties full cycle, with an average historical investor return of 2.04X Equity Multiple - an average 23% IRR and 30% average annual return. The current portfolio of twenty-three properties totals 4,209 units, worth over $600M+.
