Reign Capital Holdings LLC is a privately-owned investment company based in Oklahoma City, with primary investments in upstream and midstream oil and gas and oil and gas services, commercial real estate, and a variety of other industries which will contribute to the continued economic development of Oklahoma City. The firm is opportunistically investing both early and late-stage capital across an assembly of long-time business interests. Founded by David D. Le Norman, whom has over 40 years of experience and expertise in oil and gas operations, Reign Capital Holdings is quickly becoming a premier Oklahoma community partner through creative partnerships in the energy, automotive, real estate and technology industries. The office staff of less than 30 employees were cherry-picked and operate in a family like atmosphere. Le Norman and his team will utilize efficiency strategies including a shared overhead organizational structure and utilization of 1031 exchange opportunities across its investments. Le Norman has always been passionate about giving back to the community. He is an active philanthropist contributing to a wide variety of charitable organizations both locally and nationally.
