Across our stores, there’s a wonderful buzz – customers pausing amidst the seasonal rush, warming up with a hot drink, or simply taking a moment to recharge. This year, we’ve seen incredible moments of progress and collaboration within Reitan Convenience. Here are just a few highlights we’d like to share:   🔸In Scandinavia, 7-Eleven’s ConveNudge initiative was honoured with 7-Eleven International’s inaugural Grant Program award. A powerful reminder that small, thoughtful actions can inspire big change.   🔸In Finland, R-kioski topped the Finnish Commerce Federation’s customer satisfaction survey for personal service – a wonderful recognition of the care our teams bring to every customer interaction.   🔸In the Baltics, Caffeine achieved a remarkable milestone: serving fully organic coffee in all 100+ cafés. A testament to putting sustainability at the heart of what we do.   🔸We launched the Convenience Growth Camp, bringing together brilliant minds from seven countries to tackle the key challenges shaping the future of convenience. 🔸We have grown with many fantastic new store openings, such as Kastrup Airport, Arlanda Airport, EV HUB in Lithuania, new great cafés in the Baltics, hospitals in Finland, Narvesen 2.0 in Norway, and new PBX in Sweden.   As we move forward, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to every one of you – customers, franchisees, local teams, and the wider organisation. You make a difference every day. Here’s to all of you – wishing you a joyful holiday season and a bright, happy 2025!

  • Sustainable mobility just took a step forward🚗 Yesterday in Panevėžys, our friends at Reitan Convenience Lithuania celebrated the country’s first EV charging hub, created in partnership with Eldrive Lithuania. This is more than infrastructure. It’s a step toward redefining convenience and supporting the global shift to sustainable mobility. The energy transition is driven by the move towards renewable energy sources, electric mobility, and higher sustainability goals. And it’s changing our markets in significant ways. It’s affecting customer behaviour and infrastructure development across our regions. Our very own CEO, Mariette Kristenson, was speaking at the opening of the hub, saying that with Narvesen cafes and Caffeine drive-throughs, the hubs will turn into welcoming spaces that meet modern consumer needs: “Today, as Lithuania takes its place in this movement with its first charging hub, we see how these global trends inspire local innovation, paving the way for a more sustainable future meeting customer needs." A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible! You help us make everyday life a little easier and the world a little better.🌟

  • Hyvää itsenäisyyspäivää! 💙🤍 Today, 6th December, marks Finland’s 107th Independence Day—a proud moment to honour the country's declaration of independence on this very day in 1917. After centuries under Swedish and Russian rule, Finland finally claimed its place as a free and sovereign nation. Across the country, many of you will mark this day in your own special way: gathering with family and friends, lighting candles, watching the Independence Day gala on TV, or reflecting on the soldiers' sacrifices made for freedom. To our wonderful colleagues and friends at R-kioski Oy, and all Finns celebrating, we extend our warmest wishes for a day filled with pride, joy, and connection. Here’s to Finland—its independence, its strength, and the traditions that remind us of the enduring value of freedom. Happy Independence Day!

  • Introducing: Denmark’s new Innovation Corner 💡 Innovation is the bridge between where we are and where we dream to be. That’s why we are thrilled to share Reitan Convenience Denmark and 7-Eleven Danmark’s latest initiative: Innovation Corner. It creates opportunities for start-ups in food, bakery, beverages, and confectionery to introduce fresh ideas and bring them to life. But Innovation Corner isn’t just about launching new products. So much so that our Danish colleagues have decided to welcome even more start-ups than originally planned.
