Here at Relentless, we have 8 core values that we live by. Intentional is one of those core values and we got to put our intentionality into action this week. We had our Q2 Gathering and while we were together we had a full week of training, learning, growing & fun! Each moment spent together was intentional so we could grow as a team and learn how to depend on each other and how our individual gifts complement one another. Our most illustrative activity around this was when we split into teams and gave each team a box of random items. They had to build something together with each item in the box and present it to us - chopped style! Seeing how they worked together, and highlighting how they COULD work together even better, was eye-opening to the whole team. We can’t wait for our get-together in Q3!
