Join our clients rapidly growing company and drive client acquisition for HR, Employment Law, and Health and Safety services throughout the UK. **Core Responsibilities:** - Hybrid field sales role reporting to the Sales Director - Unlimited commission potential - Meet revenue targets through inbound and self-generated appointments - Network, create opportunities, and close deals - Conduct video and face-to-face consultations to onboard new clients **Essential Experience and Skills:** - 3+ years in field/direct sales - Proficiency in video and in-person sales - Track record of meeting revenue goals - B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services - Ability to self-generate leads and manage CRM data - Strong IT skills for video consultations, CRM systems, and presentations - Manage revenue pipeline and forecast accurately **Package:** - Salary: Up to £37.5k basic + car allowance - Uncapped quarterly commission structure (potential to earn £100k+ annually) - Hours: 9-5:30pm, Home-based - Benefits: Healthcare, Pension, 22-24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Birthday off **Job Details:** - Full-time, Permanent - Salary: £35,000.00-£100,000.00 per year - Additional: Commission pay - Schedule: Monday to Friday - License/Certification: Driving License (required) - Work Location: Remote Apply now for this rewarding opportunity to drive sales growth and earn uncapped commissions!
