My 2024 was truly transformative So much has changed —some for the better, and some, well... Thinking back to when I joined RevDash two years ago, I was the 4th team member. Now, seeing us grow to 18 —that's crazy (in the best way). Moving into our new big space felt like a huge milestone, but we quickly filled it with great energy, wins, and losses. Closing three incredible deals this year was a proud moment, bringing fantastic new clients into our fold. And seeing two of my top SDRs, Elsa Selmani and Krenare Krasniqi, step up as team leaders Truly amazing. Launching the Sales Training program for my Kosovo community —a project that means the world to me. Looking back, I’d call this year transformative in every way that matters. Thank you to my RevDash team—you guys make all of this possible. Here’s to hoping 2025 is just as epic.

Here’s what we need to do to start the January right: Get meetings set up now. This way, we’re all set to go from day one. Follow up, check in with people we’ve talked to before. Get ready for new prospects. Clear up any leftover paperwork or tasks, we want a clean slate for the new year. Best of luck.

What we don’t want in 2025? More repeats of ‘everything being dead’. No more saying no to cold calls, you need to practice, they work. Please no more long irrelevant emails. And most importantly, no more burnout, you need to take care of yourself. Let’s make next year different. #sales
