What NOT to do in sales in December? First, Stop sending follow-ups to those who’ve ghosted you since July. Let it go, it’s for the best. Second, Prospects are PEOPLE, not quotas. Don’t be that SDR cold calling on Christmas Eve or pitching during their kid’s school play. Read the room (calendar). Third, Deals still close in December, but only if you’re strategic. Play it smart, and the results will follow.
