The #multigenerationalworkplace is here to stay.   All generations working together can and should be a really powerful tool, yet the tendency to overanalyze generational differences and pigeonhole individuals based on age is counterproductive and needs 👏 to 👏 go. 👏   It's time to lean into diverse perspectives! Let's approach the varying needs of different generations in the workplace with open hearts and open minds. Recognizing that stage of life matters in the world of work is crucial, as is acknowledging that diversity, both in people and in thought, drives innovation across industries.   Our own Revise intern, William Ryan, was eager to challenge the biases surrounding the new wave of individuals entering the workforce.
