CLOSED DEAL: The REVocity & Rebound Real Estate teams, affiliates of Rebound Partners, are excited to announce the acquisition and renovation of a former senior living facility that closed in 2022. This facility, once known as Gunderson Gardens, is officially set to be repurposed into market-rate apartment units through strategic renovations, offering much-needed housing options in the community. The former Gunderson Gardens building will offer a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments after two months of construction. Apartments are planned to be available for lease starting in November 2024. In addition, Kenyon Clinic, an affiliate of Northfield Hospitals & Clinics, will continue to lease and provide healthcare services to the community in this same location. This project rejuvenates new life into a closed facility, enhances the Kenyon community by providing modern housing options, and supports local healthcare services.
