This week we had the pleasure of celebrating the groundbreaking for RGL Logistics new warehouse facility in Neenah, Building #62. Phase one will be 357,500 SF constructed with precast concrete wall panels and structural steel with a 450 SF truck driver check-in station on site. The building will contain 7,500 SF of office space with the remaining square footage being warehouse and 28 loading docks. As Ryan Scray of RGL mentioned in his speech, the building will be "built to last" like their Vice President and CFO, Alan Leisgang, of whom the building is named after. RGL Logistics has been making an impact for 120+ years and we are grateful to be a part of their legacy. Chris Haese, Director of Community Development and Assessment at City of Neenah, emphasized how the team from Alliance and RGL worked with the city for three years to make this project happen. The city is providing tax incremental finance funds to help spur the investment. This celebration would not be complete without thanking our many subcontractors that we have partnered with for this job. MCC, Inc., BORSCHE ROOFING PROFESSIONALS, INC., Absolute Concrete LLC, Northland Electrical Services, SPE Inc, are just a few to name in attendance. Last week, RGL had the pleasure of hosting our first golf outing at Royal St. Patrick's Golf Course. It was a day filled with great swings, beautiful weather, and amazing company! We are grateful to all of our partners who showed their support and helped make this event a success! Through everyone's generosity, we were able to earn a significant amount of money to be donated back to an organization close to our hearts, the House of Hope Green Bay. Looking forward to hosting many more fulfilling events such as this one in the future!
