As part of my commitment to have more 1:1 meetings in 2025, this morning I met up with Nick Allsopp We had a great chat about leadership and training. Nick has a wealth of business experience from a range of different sector and it was really good to get to know more about Nick's background and his approach to training and leadership in the workplace. At the end of 2024 I made a committee to try and have over 40 1:1 meetings with RH Networking members. Two weeks into January and two meetings done. Another successful event (despite road closures and cancelled trains). Our second special event of 2024, for members and guests, held at Reigate Manor.
