Rhoads Industries was thrilled this week to host Project MFG Welding Competition and the US Navy’s Talent Pipeline LLP Career Discovery Day. This event provided an exciting platform for attendees to explore various career paths and engage with defense industry professionals. Our current apprentices had an opportunity to speak with and interact with attendees, sharing their experiences and insights. It was a dynamic day filled with enthusiasm and the chance to connect with talented individuals and potential future apprentices. Special recognition to Rhoads’ Advanced Training Center Team: Steve Catherman, Doc Stanaitis, Dustin Trumbore, James Holden, Patrick Devine, Trish Conti, Joe Welsh, and all others involved whose tireless efforts and preparation led to an impressive day.
