So how long does a Richwood primary blade last for on a conveyor in australia underground coal. We at NEPEAN Belting have just changed a primary scraper blade at one of our major clients. The belt are 1800mm wide and run at 5.5 meters per second. After four and a half month we have changed out our first blade that did about 90000 tons of coal and had a average run distance of 60000 km It is easy to understand way Richwood is becoming a house hold name in Australia. Nepean belting we do conveyors the right way.
