Three months of planning. Three days of work. One shot to get it right. Here's what had to happen 👇 An 18,000-pound piece of equipment needed to be lifted 15 feet onto a mezzanine and then set onto a 12-inch raised pad. The GC called multiple rigging companies, looking for the best approach. Plenty of opinions were thrown around. 😳 But in the end, the client chose us. Not just because we had the right equipment, but because our method of procedure made the most SENSE. After months of back-and-forth, delays, and hurdles, we finally got the green light. And when the time came, we executed flawlessly, using our Hoist Material Handling FR60/80 and Enerpac hydraulic gantry system to get the job done. Three months of waiting. Three days of work. We recently built out two massive power blocks (aka big generators) in the middle of the California desert, and shocker - it was no walk in the park. The Santa Ana winds decided to make a cameo and turn everything into a challenge. Imagine trying to rig and lift massive equipment while the wind is throwing sand in your face like it’s auditioning for a role in the next Dune! 🏝 But those pesky winds didn't stop us.
