Ritter Spencer Cheng PLLC is excited to welcome John Haskell to our team. John is an experienced data privacy and security attorney who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will greatly benefit our clients. He is well-versed in building their privacy programs and providing strategic guidance to organizations to ensure they meet their regulatory obligations while minimizing legal risk, along with advising on transactional issues, product and service development, and responding to regulatory inquiries. John worked as a privacy counsel for two (2) multibillion-dollar healthcare companies and as an investigator with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. With his extensive background in data privacy law, HIPAA and security practices, John will enhance the firm’s ability to provide comprehensive legal services in this burgeoning area of law. We are thrilled about this new addition to our team and look forward to the contributions he will make in serving our clients and strengthening our practice.
