Thank you Kofi for sharing your insights on Responsible AI with RTC! Hearing from you and Ezenezie was incredibly valuable, and we’re so grateful for your mentorship and dedication to helping our program grow.
Absolutely honored to guest lecture at Rutgers Business School, alongside of my colleague Ezenezie Eze, on #ResponsibleAI for #GenerativeAI during Homecoming Weekend. Reflecting on Year 3 as a Board Member for Rutgers Road to Consulting, I’m reminded how Learning and Development has always been at the heart of what I do. Sharing insights with students and building them up the way mentors once did for me was a full circle moment. From my early days as an engineering student at Rutgers University, the support I received not only shaped my journey—it showed me that perseverance can take you places your IQ never could. RU is where I learned to embody the age-old adage, "chop wood and carry water." In this fast-paced world, it’s easy to focus on deadlines and overlook the true impact we can have. But being part of something bigger, like guiding the next generation of leaders, brings me back to what matters most. Thank you, Rutgers Road to Consulting, for the trust and the chance to pour into our future leaders at Rutgers. To the students, remember: keep chopping, keep taking the stairs, and never lose sight of what matters most! #GoRU #ChopNation #Rutgers #Accenture
