At RTG, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with AUC School of Business for many years, particularly through the CO-OP program. This initiative provides students with an invaluable opportunity to join us as full time team members, giving them hands on, real world work experience for 6 months. We’ve worked closely with these talented business students, helping them set and achieve both professional and personal goals. Not only do they gain practical skills, but they also bring fresh perspectives to our processes, contributing in ways that push us forward. Their energy and innovative ideas have had a positive impact on our working environment. Under the expert guidance of Dr Hoda E., who oversees their progress and evaluations, and with the support of Mary Henry in the admission and selection process, we’ve seen these students grow and thrive. We truly value this partnership and look forward to continuing this successful collaboration with AUC for many years to come.
