    Stepping outside your comfort zone isn't easy... but it's essential. I'm not an extrovert... I don't crave being in the spotlight. Regardless, I still look for opportunities to gain visibility. Today, I had an interview with Jack AM Austin about being an AI Persona Certified Consultant trained by Jeff J Hunter. The interview centered around how I leverage AI for marketing and how it can help business owners grow their business while saving time, money and improving results. It wasn't nerve-wracking for me, but I know it can be for others.     Do you cross-sell? I've seen firsthand how effective cross-selling can be for B2B businesses. But my journey with cross-selling started years ago when I was providing graphic design, printing, and promotional product services. Here's what I discovered: Cross-selling isn't about pushing unnecessary add-ons. It's about identifying complementary products or services that provide real value to your clients. In my past roles, I always learned to look for opportunities to offer additional items that would benefit the customer. For example, a client ordering a new branding package might also need: • Letterhead and envelopes for a cohesive brand identity • Promotional items for an upcoming trade show • A website refresh to ensure it was current and aligned with updated brand By suggesting these related services and products, I wasn't just increasing sales... I was helping clients create a more comprehensive and effective marketing strategy. The key is to understand your client's needs and goals. Then, recommend solutions that align with those objectives. This approach builds trust and strengthens client relationships. It positions you as a valuable partner, not just a vendor.
