Located at the southern base of the Shenandoah Valley, our school system serves about 2,500 students in kindergarten through 12th grade. The mission of Rockbridge County Public Schools is to prepare every student to succeed and to contribute to a better world. We strive to develop and unleash the powers of every student’s mind. We believe that every student deserves an academically-challenging education in a safe and nurturing environment which will allow him or her to become an active participant in society.
