Volunteering looks good on us! Expressing gratitude for our passionate Rocket team members who volunteered recently with Make Food Not Waste - a nonprofit focused on ensuring surplus food goes to people - not landfills. Our team members were happy to step up to support in their new volunteer shirts - including our very own Volunteering and Giving team members Bryan Beran-Miceli, Alyssa Dorchak and Maria Reinbold! #OneTeam

aiming to simplify complex and inequitable systems to ensure that every American has access to stable, healthy housing.
About us
In 2010, Quicken Loans (now Rocket Mortgage) moved its headquarters and 3,600 team members from suburban Detroit to the heart of downtown. Since then, Rocket Companies has grown to include more than 25,000 team members in downtown Detroit, as well as offices in Cleveland, Charlotte, and Phoenix. As our numbers have grown, so has our commitment to doing well by doing good. The Rocket Community Fund was created to harness the incredible power of our organization and find innovative ways to make an impact in each of our home communities. Through our investments, we believe we can create value not only for our business but for everyone. Our mission is to simplify complex and inequitable systems to ensure that every American has access to stable, healthy housing.

More progress on our digital inclusion efforts! Thank you to Autumn Evans for leading this critical work.
We're excited to kick off round 2 of the Digital Skills Detroit Campaign! This week, we are training over 30 digital literacy coaches from various government agencies, public libraries, and community organizations to serve 200 residents by June! Collaboration is key as we strive to offer everyone, regardless of their background, access to the digital realm. City-wide initiatives require strong leadership, efficient coordination, top-notch products, and consistent messaging. Our message to our community is clear: you have the right to engage in and reap the benefits of the digital age. Remember, you are not alone in this journey! Many thanks to the dream team, Qumisha Goss, Jennifer Onwenu, and Marvin L. Venay for giving this project your dedication and attention. Johnnie Turnage, let’s spin it up! ✨💫 https://lnkd.in/e4dPJ6Td

When your impact is multiplied... Through our Dollars for Doers program, Rocket team members who dedicate their time to volunteering can earn grants to support their favorite nonprofits. It's just one way we empower our team to create meaningful change in their communities.

Our Housing Stability team Elizabeth Sorce, Gwen Gell, Haven Simsar and Rachel Ableser are in Cleveland today, meeting with our fantastic partners at Cleveland Neighborhood Progress on their innovative Middle Neighborhood Initiative! While there, our team shared insights from our Rehabbed & Ready program and the Citywide Home Repair taskforce. Meanwhile, our Housing Team had the opportunity to see the first completed home under the Middle Neighborhood Initiative, and it was so exciting and inspiring to see this work come to fruition! Knowledge is power, but collaborating and sharing knowledge takes that power to action and results. We can't wait to see how this partnership and our work evolves.

Yesterday, my two worlds collided in such a beautiful and meaningful way. Jonathan Mildenhall, Rocket’s new CMO, shared so much of himself with our Black Tech Saturdays community. Not only did Jonathan connect with us first as a member of our community, he then carefully walked us through the process of the company’s brand restaging. Rocket Companies has always been a for MORE than profit company. Numbers and dollars follow, they truly do not lead. Our mission to Help Everyone Home means we had to reimagine who we need to be to first connect with everyone to then serve them. We are compassionate trailblazers. I got to witness this in action with Jonathan’s visit to BTS. With all the interesting displays of leadership happening around us, I’m grateful to be able to focus on one that more closely resonates with my values, experience, and ambitions. Thank you, Jonathan, for bringing all of your positive energy to Detroit!

Last weekend I was incredibly honored to have completed the Talent Development Impact Lab Program – Ohio (Cohort 3)! Over the past few months, this experience has been nothing short of transformative, equipping me with new insights, skills, and connections that will elevate my leadership journey. Throughout this program, I had the privilege of engaging in deep learning at Xavier University , Case Western Reserve University, with additional experiences in Columbus, OH, and Louisville, KY. The curriculum challenged me to grow in Business Analytics with AI Tools, Global Marketing, Leadership Communication, and Appreciative Inquiry, reinforcing an executive mindset that will continue shaping my approach to leadership and impact. A special thank you to Leon A. Jackson, Ph.D., MBA and the entire TDIL team for curating such an enriching experience, and to my fellow cohort members for the camaraderie and shared learning. An extra special thank you to my leader Laura Grannemann and Executive Coach Eli Blair MCC, CPCC for supporting me throughout the journey. This journey has reaffirmed my commitment to leading with purpose, strategy, and collaboration. I’m excited to apply these lessons in my work at Rocket Community Fund and beyond as I continue striving to drive meaningful change. Onward and upward! 🚀

Yesterday's All Company Meeting was an incredible experience, highlighting what we can achieve when we come together over a shared mission to help everyone home. To say we are proud and excited to be a critical part of realizing Rocket's vision would be a massive understatement. Everyone deserves a safe and stable home, and the opportunities that come with it. Our north star has always been to #manifest stronger, more equitable communities. Yesterday's event reaffirmed that we have 15,000 team members and leaders who are just as dedicated to driving that dream. Thank you to our team, and especially Laura Grannemann for your leadership ❤️ We can't wait to make it happen! Gilbert Family Foundation #RocketManifest

The 2025 Rocket All Company Meeting is about to kick off at a jam packed Little Caesars Arena. Every year, this event reminds me of the enormous talent, creativity and passion of our team members - especially the teams in marketing, internal communications, and the wizards at Rock Events. One of the activations was a machine that distributed tickets with positive afffirmations aligned to our #RocketManifest theme. Here’s mine (though I think it’s even more applicable to the team that put on this great event!) Way to rise to the challenge! I’m excited for a new year under the leadership of Varun Krishna, Jonathan Mildenhall, Laura Grannemann and the entire team that is working to #HelpEveryoneHome. #RocketManifest.

We love our Rocket team members for a lot of reasons, but most of all for their dedication to supporting our communities. That's why we offer our team members unlimited volunteer hours at company-sponsored events that support hundreds of nonprofits across the nation. Because it takes a village to build stronger communities. And our "village" of community advocates drives us on our mission to help everyone home.
