Client Partners Introducing Client Partners in Rocketlane—where third-party collaborators like brokers, consultants, and agents can now work on behalf of your customers via the Customer Portal. With this update, they can log in, update tasks, and move projects forward—without needing full access to your customer’s account. 2. Email Localization: Speak your customer’s language Managing customers across different regions? Rocketlane now lets you send emails in each customer’s preferred language automatically. For every project, you can set a language preference for individual customers—so Andy in Italy receives emails in Italian, while Sophie in Germany gets them in German. No extra effort required. Currently, we support six languages, including German, French, and Italian, helping teams communicate more effectively across borders. 3. iFrame Widget: Bring external data into Rocketlane The iFrame Widget lets you embed external dashboards, reports, and private content directly into your Rocketlane projects—so everything you need stays in one place. Display live adoption metrics from Mixpanel, Looker, or Amplitude, embed training videos or interactive guides for onboarding, and customize project views for each customer. All of this makes Rocketlane one of the most advanced PSA tools out there, and if January is anything to go by, things are only going to get better.
