Rogue Credit Union is currently seeking to fill a full-time Manager of Software Engineering role to join our Information Services Department based out of Medford, Oregon. The selected candidate will provide hands on Technical and Managerial leadership in all phases of AI and automation development, including ideation, planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of custom AI and Automation solutions to meet the needs of the Credit Union. Experience: Five years to eight years of similar or related technical experience in hands on software development in a professional environment. Minimum three years’ experience leading a team of skilled Programmers/Analysts developing software using current industry best practices and supporting systems in a production environment. The right individual should have a strong interest and understanding of emerging technologies and professional experience in the development and maintenance of AI solutions, low code/no code applications, and traditional software and API development. Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). Software Engineer II Rogue Credit Union is looking for a dynamic Software Engineer II to join the Information Services Department based out of Medford, Oregon! If you have a strong understanding of Python, programmatic and low-code/no-code Robotic Process Automation tools, API development, and LLM and Agentic AI technologies, this opportunity may be for you. The preferred candidate has effective time-management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and can work closely with various team members and project stakeholders while being involved in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In addition, this individual will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software.
