The Stand Alone Perforation Machine is ideal for perforating metal for Ridge Cap venting and Soffit area venting. It can accept up to 24" wide sheet stock in 24 – 26 ga. Steel, .032" Aluminum, and 12 – 24 oz. Copper. With a quick adjustment, it can also perforate 1" deep preformed soffit panels similar to our FL105 profile. The Perf Dies (Two (2) Sets with each set having Four (4) rows) are adjustable up/down and side to side, with an oiler kit to lubricate the dies. The SS20A – 2″ Roof Panel is one of the most used Commercial Panels in the Metal Construction Industry. This machine is complete with hydraulic drive and front hydraulic scissors shear, stiffening and striation ribs are included. The panel width is adjustable from 12” to 20”. It has 416 grade stainless steel forming rolls, 303 grade 1 ½” Ø stainless steel shafts with sealed bearings, and runs at 50 FPM speed. Striation Rib and Stiffening Rib Flat (2) are on separate stages. The Power requirement is 5 HP 220 Volt 5 1 Phase or 3 Phase.

SOF-12 12Inch Residential Soffit with Hydraulic Drive and Shear This fixed width 12″ Soffit Panel Machine is complete with hydraulic drive and rear hydraulic profile shear for short soffit panel lengths. The SOF–12 includes the Digital Controller and the adjustable Perforation Die stage. We have replaced two aging CNC lathes, one that was 31 years and the other with 23 years of service with two brand new turning centers.
