  • 🌟 From Crisis to Hope: Community-Driven Solutions for Mothers and Children🌟 At our latest regular club lunch meeting, we were honored to have Ms. Sky Siu, the Chief Executive Officer of Mother's Choice, as our speaker. She delivered an inspiring talk on "From Crisis to Hope: Community-Driven Solutions for Mothers and Children." Ms. Siu shared numerous touching stories that highlighted how the meaningful work done by Mother's Choice has been transforming the lives of young ladies and children. We, the Rotary Club of Hong Kong, are proud and blessed to have been accompanying Mother's Choice in their incredible journey since the early 1970s. Together, we continue to strive towards making a positive impact in our community. During the meeting, we are glad to have visiting Rotarians PP Denis Muto and Dr Joseph Tam from RC Shepparton Victoria Australia sharing with us about their club's culture. Stay tuned for more updates and thank you for your continuous support! #RotaryClubHK #MothersChoice #CommunityService #Inspiration #Fellowship

  • We had a great sharing session during the 🔅Club luncheon on 6th August, 2024 with Nick Cotton from Outward Bound on how outdoor activities can enhance youth education and well-being. P Miracle from Rotaract Club of HKU also came in to share about their learning and services in the international service trip. Nick has been an educator for 30 years, working in a number of different settings across Asia. However, the visible and long-lasting impact of experiential education, particularly working outdoors, has lead to his specialisation in this area. After founding the Outdoor Education Department at United World College of South East Asia, one of the largest and most respected programmes in the region, he served as Director of Studies at Li Po Chun United World College in Hong Kong. For the last 10 years he has had the honour to serve as Executive Director of Outward Bound Hong Kong, providing transformative experiences for over 6,000 young people every year. #RotaryClubofHongKong

Together, we #EndPolio💫 Words of hope and gratitude from Bill Gates for the critical role Rotary members have played in polio eradication efforts. Working alongside The Gates Foundation and our other GPEI partners, we know that we can and we will end polio for good.
