Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! We are thankful for our entire Rowdy team--drivers, maintenance, safety, accounting, brokers, dispatchers, coordinators, recruiters, operations staff, everyone!--and for our customers, vendors, and colleagues. We are who we are because of you. We wish you many blessings today and every day!

Rowdy hosted our own DOT Blitz at our Monahans yard earlier this month. Here are just a few of the Rowdy team members and our partners at AJT Safety who were on hand to help process the 74 trucks and 74 trailers that we were able to put eyes and hands on during that week. This was the first such event that we've held, so we weren't sure what to expect. With the cooperation of our drivers and our staff, it was a major success! We plan to continue holding events such as these to use as a tool to help perpetuate our safety culture. We thank everyone for their participation!

Thank you to the Veterans. Thank you for your selflessness, your dedication, your valor, for protecting our rights and our freedoms, and for the heavy things that you carry in the wake of your service. We are grateful that you chose to dedicate yourself, your energy, and your time to fighting for everything that most of us take for granted. We salute you!

There is a very valuable part of our team who are often overlooked, though they play a most vital role in keeping the wheels at Rowdy turning. They are our diesel techs. Their knowledge and expertise are invaluable. The hours they keep are long. The work they do is crucial. I cannot imagine what we ever did without our shop and our incredible maintenance staff. We wish you and others in the industry a very happy National Technician Week! You deserve recognition and honor this week and every week!

Rowdy hosted a luncheon at our Monahans yard today for our drivers in celebration of National Truck Driver Appreciation Week. About 65 drivers and local first responders joined us for good food, fellowship, and door prizes. We had the best time hanging out with everyone. Thank you to everyone who came! (We didn't get a ton of pictures, but we had tons of laughs!) Without our drivers, there would be no Rowdy. Thank you for all of your hard work. We know that the life of a truck driver is not an easy one. We recognize the sacrifices each of you make being away from home and family. We appreciate each of you! To our DPS friends, our thoughts and prayers are with you while you keep vigil over your injured brother. ❤️

I hope you paused for a moment today to remember what happened on American soil 23 years ago. Our country is so divided now, but on that day, and for a while, we banded together. We rushed to defend our borders and to protect our citizens. We put our differences aside and stood together as Americans. Patriotism was wide-spread. It was a beautiful response to a horrible, terrible time in our history. Seeing images and footage from that day and the days following still stirs up feelings that I had not felt before or since. If only we could come together again as a united nation without the tragedy and human toll. We have not forgotten.

We hope you've been having a happy Labor Day! America's workers, past and present, have built up our great nation through hard work, sweat, and sacrifice. They contribute to the high standard of living that we Americans enjoy and are the creators of so much of the nation's strength, freedom, and leadership. Hats off to you!

Rowdy Resources is honored to partner with the Permian Road Safety Coalition whenever possible. They work tirelessly with energy companies, service providers, transportation companies, government agencies, first responders, and many more to educate the public, offer training, provide equipment and supplies, and do whatever else they can to make our roads safer. Today, we had the pleasure of donating a truck and trailer to their Luncheon Series event in Andrews so that DPS officers could do a mock inspection for educational and training purposes. We love these events and are pleased to be invited to participate! Thank you again to PRSC and to our team members who attended today!
