The Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Indiana Hoosiers were the first teams to compete in the new 12 team College Football Playoffs. This game was especially of interest for many of our associates. Not only are both of these prestigious universities our current customers, they have used our products and services for over 20 years. Our history with many of the universities and colleges goes back to the 1970's. As we have grown into Wisconsin and Minnesota, so has our growth with not only Big 10 schools but with many smaller schools and junior colleges. Interestingly, we have many of our Sales Meetings at local Valparaiso University. "The Battle for Indiana" (as this game was called) was won by the university that is 40 miles from our Corporate Headquarters - Notre Dame. We would like to wish The Irish much success as the playoffs continue. Although the competition will get tougher, many in our company will be rooting hard for the team that will hopefully "Play like a Champion"! #motivation #education #scienceandtechnology #team #university

It's the most wonderful time of the year... to transform your office into a winter wonderland! Whether you’re a festive fanatic or a “Bah Humbug” type, there’s no denying that a little holiday décor can brighten up the workspace. Tinsel, twinkling lights, and a few strategically placed snowmen can make any office feel a little cozier. Santa's elves were pretty busy this week getting the RPS Imaging office space as festive as can be! As you can see we aren't shy about showing our holiday cheer. So, what’s your holiday office setup? Are you team "subtle seasonal touches" or “deck the halls like a Christmas elf gone rogue”? Either way, remember: ‘tis the season to spread a little joy... and maybe a few candy canes around the office. #grateful #celebrate #whatinspiresme #happyholidays

What could Jackson Browne and RPS Imaging possibly have in common? Well, actually, more than you would think! Driving home from RSNA last week, my thoughts centered around how awesome our service team is as they work long hours, travel great distances, while completing quality work. Their efforts to install and deinstall the Samsung Radiology Rooms on display at the RSNA during the Thanksgiving Holiday was outstanding. I couldn't help but get emotional while listening to the classic rock song The Load Out/Stay from Jackson Browne. For those of you that are younger, the lyrics of the song talk about the great efforts of the "Roadies" (service team) that travel from city to city doing quality work. Although we do not listen to eight tracks, cassettes, truckers on C.B., or watch Richard Pryor on the video, we do try and exceed our customers expectations everyday! In addition, the album that this song appeared was "Running on Empty" which debuted in 1977, which coincidentally was our 1st year as a company. Continuing with the adage of "things happen in threes" on Saturday our very own Inside Sales Manager/ghost writer Bryan attended a celebration of Mavis Staples 85th birthday at The Auditorium Theatre and the special guest was......Jackson Browne. Thanks again to everyone on our Service Team, your efforts are very much recognized and appreciated! #motivation #whatinspiresme #gettingthingsdone #mindfulness #inspiration

Well the weather outside is frightful, but inside McCormick Place it is delightful. While it's not exactly a winter wonderland, we're excited to say that the 110th RSNA Scientific Assembly has officially kicked off in chilly Chicago. With temperatures averaging in the 20's outside for the duration of the show, our focus will be inside with the many technical exhibits. The RPS Imaging Sales Team will spend the week showing many of our existing and new customers the features and benefits of the manufacturers that we represent. This year's show will again highlight many of the Artificial Intelligence advancements that continue to amaze. One example is the new Samsung GF85 floor-mounted digital radiography system. With A.I. and automated functions, the GF85 enables accurate and efficient diagnoses while streamlining workflows. We’re excited to showcase our innovative radiology products, as well as the wide range of Ultrasound General Imaging solutions at the Samsung Booth. Come see our Crystal Architecture, designed to deliver crystal clear image quality. Our team is dedicated to enhancing patient care and streamlining workflows, so don’t miss the chance to stop by and visit us this week — just be sure to bundle up! #artificialintelligence #technology #futurism #ai #innovation

One of the biggest hits of 1983 was David Bowie's "Let's Dance" .. and that's exactly what the Purdue University community did on November 9 during the 2024 Purdue University Dance Marathon (PUDM)! This high-energy event, raised nearly $700,000 for Riley Children's Hospital. For 18 hours, students, faculty, and supporters danced, laughed, and rallied together in a collective effort to support children facing serious health challenges. As one of the largest student-run philanthropies in the nation, PUDM has raised over 12 million dollars since its inception in 2005 to support pediatric research, medical care, and family services at Riley. Every donation directly benefits the children and families at Riley Children's Hospital, making it an event that truly impacts lives in a profound way. At RPS Imaging, we are proud to support this remarkable initiative. We believe in the power of community-driven efforts like PUDM, where every contribution, big or small, adds up to something transformative. Whether through direct donations, volunteerism, or simply spreading awareness, these collective efforts create a ripple effect of kindness and support. Selflessness is one of our core values at RPS, and we think the example set by PUDM and the Purdue community is a perfect reflection of that value. #whatinspiresme #inspiration #positivemind #success #PUDM

The job of a Radiology Technologist is never easy. My experience in Healthcare has shown me that RT's are some of the most hard-working, selfless, and essential members of our industry. Recently, we recognized these compassionate individuals during the National Radiologic Technology Week. Even though they received hard earned credit they've deserved, it doesn't make the day-to-day any easier. Sometimes it is important to hear something that lifts you up a little and makes you feel that it's all worth it - because it is. So here it is: "one of the deep secrets of life, is that all that is really worth doing, is what we do for others!" - Lewis Carol. #inspiration #motivation #careers #healthcare #mindfulness

As we honor our U.S. Military Veterans today, we are taking the opportunity to highlight a current soldier in the U.S. Air Force. Staff Sergeant Alyana T. Vasquez is the daughter of our Service Leader Raul. She has proudly served for the past six years. Like Raul, Alyana is an extremely positive person. She comes from a decorated family of veterans; both grandfathers served in the Navy, her uncles served in the Marines, Army, Navy, and Air Force. In addition, her great grandfather served in the United States Army Air Corps (USAAC). Alyana is making her career in the Air Force, enjoys travel across the globe, and she motivates her father to exercise and eat better! Thank you for your service Alana! #veterans #veteransday #careers #inspiration #personaldevelopment

After nearly 2 months as an Account Executive for RPS Imaging, I was humbled when they asked me to share my experience thus far. I have worked for some of the best companies in healthcare and my customers know that I will always be honest and passionate about the companies and products that I represent. What I have been most impressed with is how RPS Imaging has been servicing their customers with the same care and compassion with which our customers treat their patients. As a Northwestern University graduate, I was on a path to become a doctor when I realized my true passion was in the business sector of the medical device field, where I could take my social and educational skills and combine them to truly make a difference in the world. It is rare when you find a company that has the customer’s best interest in mind. From the internal support staff, to the field engineers, delivery and installation staff, and front line sales team, the RPS Imaging team is one cohesive unit that wants to help our customers have the best experience. Since 1977, RPS Imaging has been your trusted local source for the sale and service of both new and refurbished equipment tailored to fit various budgets. We’re dedicated to supporting you, whether it’s keeping your current equipment operational through our local service and support or providing refurbished units to replace outdated products. I take pride in being part of an organization like RPS Imaging. -Jeff Zochalski #positivemind #healthcare #inspiration #success

Overall, six-in-ten Americans (61%) have an immediate family member who has served in the military. From my sister, who is currently a Captain in the Navy, and my brother who served in the Army during Desert Storm, our family military history can be traced back to the Civil War. The millions of our brave men and women have risked their lives to protect our civil rights. Voting in elections are one of our key rights that we all are privileged to experience; everyone’s participation is greatly encouraged. We have been blessed to have an outstanding healthcare system to support our citizens. Over the years, our system has improved dramatically with developments in technology and advanced procedures. The breakthrough changes that have occurred in both the products we sell - radiology and ultrasound are astonishing. One great result from these advancements is that life expectancy has gone from 68 years to 79 years since 1950. In our healthcare industry, there are different directions that we may take based upon our choice of candidates. This election is no different from those in the past. There are many sources of information on which both sides stand, and your willingness to research the key issues and determine which side you support is extremely important for our future. Whether you choose to vote early or on election day, the important point is to VOTE! #technology #vote #democracy #education #bestadvice
