I’m 50 years young, and I started journaling only four years ago, thanks to my life coach. Since then, it has become one of the most powerful tools for living my best life!! Journaling helps me find clarity and refuge from life's challenges. Putting pen to paper creates a direct connection between my mind and my thoughts, effectively clearing away mental clutter. I recall my 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat, where I couldn't write. Afterward, I retreated into the woods and wrote about my profound transformation and future goals—this act helped manifest my vision into reality. Reflect on three amazing things that happened at the end of the day. I highly recommend trying to live your life with passion and purpose.
