I’m 50 years young, and I started journaling only four years ago, thanks to my life coach. Since then, it has become one of the most powerful tools for living my best life!! Journaling helps me find clarity and refuge from life's challenges. Putting pen to paper creates a direct connection between my mind and my thoughts, effectively clearing away mental clutter. I recall my 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat, where I couldn't write. Afterward, I retreated into the woods and wrote about my profound transformation and future goals—this act helped manifest my vision into reality. Reflect on three amazing things that happened at the end of the day. I highly recommend trying to live your life with passion and purpose. For most of my life, I’ve found peace in the outdoors—hiking, camping, and spending time in forests, beaches, and mountains. Even as a kid, I was fascinated by nature, constantly asking myself questions like, "Who created all this beauty?" Over the years, my connection to nature has deepened, becoming essential for my mental and emotional well-being. Nature grounds me and brings clarity in ways nothing else can. Here’s why: -ENERGY AND VIBRATION: Just like us, trees, flowers, animals, and all living things have energy and vibrational frequencies. Connecting with them helps shift us from a state of stress to one of calm and recovery. -NATURAL REST: Simple activities—walking, watching the sunrise, listening to the wind—can ease anxiety and help us reset mentally. When we disconnect from our phones and distractions, we allow ourselves to fully engage with nature’s healing power. -MOVEMENT: As Dan Buettner of the Blue Zones shares, natural movement—gardening, walking, being outdoors—helps people live longer and healthier lives. It’s about moving in sync with our environment, naturally and mindfully. My love for nature has extended to my community. I’ve shared these experiences with friends, clients, and colleagues—helping them reset, recharge, and find peace in nature. From climbing mountains to swimming with whales, my journey has taken me around the world, and nature has always been my anchor, providing relief from stress and clarity in moments of uncertainty.     Inviting You to a Journey of Transformation and Authentic Living – Part 1: The Power of Meditation My journey of transformation began in March 2022 in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, during a life-changing 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat. This ancient practice—10+ hours of daily meditation, complete silence, and no eye contact—forced me to confront my deepest self and explore the depths of my subconscious mind. The experience was profound, bringing me clarity and a deeper understanding of who I truly am. This transformation followed intense personal and professional challenges: *After raising over $6M and building a business with 25 employees, unforeseen regulatory changes forced me to close the company. *Shortly after, I faced the end of my marriage. Like many entrepreneurs, I had married my business and put my family in the back seat—a mistake that cost me dearly. But these challenges led me to growth: *Vipassana helped me process my traumas, renew my sense of power, and reconnect with my authentic self. The experience was so impactful that I returned for a second retreat. *This practice has influenced countless others, including Yuval Noah Harari, author of Sapiens, who credits Vipassana with profoundly shaping his life and work. I realized that everything in life happens for a reason, and today, I’m passionate about guiding others to embrace their own journeys of healing and transformation. In the coming days, I’ll share more tools that helped me regain my strength, confidence, and passion.
