Exploring the intersection of GenAI and accounting. Building Spark—AI purpose-built for accounting.

Potentially the most important piece of the AI implementation plan within your firm is education and training. It's not enough to simply give access to products and tools. Providing your staff support and empowerment by way of training and education is vital. Here are 4 actionable steps to ensure your team is AI-literate: 🕒 Carve out time in your weekly staff meetings. Promote sharing of AI success: Make AI discussions a regular agenda item to foster a culture of innovation. 💬 Create a channel in Teams or Slack. Share use-cases, successful prompts and resources: Encourage continuous learning and collaboration through dedicated spaces. 🖥️ Sign up for a webinar. There are plenty to choose from: Stay updated with the latest trends and practical applications by attending industry-specific webinars. 📘 Take a course. LinkedIn Learning has several good ones: Invest in structured learning to deepen your team's AI knowledge. Sign up for one of our upcoming training sessions to learn more about how Spark can help you engage with Generative AI. 🔗 Check the link in the comments to view and RSVP for an upcoming session.

A new episode of "The Spark AI Show" is here! In this episode TJ Lewis talks with Steven Lyon from SafeSend about how AI is impacting the work they're doing and the products and features they are developing. It's always interesting to hear from product leaders how they balance the availability of new technology and capabilities with the timing and prioritization of leveraging those within their products. As Steven says in this episode, SafeSend isn't implementing AI for AI's sake, they want to be sure that it's being used to solve specific problems that their customers are facing. Listen to this latest episode to hear more, give us your thoughts, and share it with your friends and colleagues.

I help accountants run calm, profitable firms

Excited to launch this one! A free AI usage policy for your accounting firm IMO the sooner you can responsibly cut your team loose to experiment with AI assistants, the better I worked with Rightworks on a flexible approach that lets YOU decide what type of data your team's allowed to put into various AI assistants With the result being a clear visualization for your team to know what's in-bounds and out of bounds Totally free, you don't even have to hand over an email address, I'll link it in the comments And props to Rightworks for being willing to put something out and stand by it
