    My first two weeks have flown by! It's been great to spend time with our clients and colleagues and hear about all the great things happening at Ryan. After the feedback I had on my Day 1 photo, I know you'll all be disappointed I don't have another one, but I do have a few initial reflections: - We have some amazing clients in the firm and there is a huge opportunity to serve them across multiple disciplines and geographies - Our market is evolving rapidly and we are well placed to take advantage to grow rapidly across the region - The Altus transaction is a great springboard for us and strengthens our position in the Property Tax market - We have some exceptionally talented individuals who are dedicated to doing great jobs in their respective roles - The culture at Ryan is fantastic and there are lots of examples of us working collaboratively to deliver great outcomes for our clients and each other I still have loads more offices to visit and people to meet so looking forward to the next two weeks!

    🏆 This year, we were honored with the CSR Excellence Award from Ashray Akruti for our unwavering commitment to fostering inclusivity and empowering persons with disabilities. Our efforts proudly included donating 32 hearing aids to children with hearing impairments, organizing a special lunch for more than 270 students at two of Ashray Akruti's branches, and providing stationery kits to 160 students to ensure they have the tools they need for a successful academic year.
