The company has evolved from a small interiors contractor to a national employee-owned firm that achieved $1.1 billion of revenue in 2023 across eight offices. Rycon has grown to 830 employees and completed work in 40+ states in multiple market sectors. Rycon was recently awarded a unit cost contract to perform a range of critical repair services in Lee County, FL in response to the extensive damage caused by the impact of Hurricane Ian.   The work involves repairs to key facilities including the Public Works Building, Billy Creek DOT Traffic Paint Barn, Fort Myers Regional Library, Lakes Park, Matlacha Community Park Art Center, Melvin Morgan Constitutional Complex, and Phillips Community Park. In just three months, Rycon’s Washington, DC office transformed a 39,000 sq. ft. space into a new Bob's Discount Furniture in Frederick, MD. The project included selective demolition, new lighting, outlets, an energy management system, a security system, and updated finishes.
