This past month, we had the joy of welcoming some of our most passionate supporters — culinary masters and top chefs from around the world — to the heart of Sabatino in Italy.    For over 110 years, Sabatino has been rooted in the tradition of truffle hunting, blending family heritage with excellence. This art requires patience, skill, and a deep connection with nature. These culinarians, who have championed our truffles for years, joined us to experience where it all began. They explored our truffle orchards with our truffle dogs, toured our beautiful facilities, wandered the charming streets of Rome, enjoyed memorable truffle dinners at the Sabatino Villa, and savored Italy’s rich flavors through wine, olive oil, and cheese tastings.   What started as a culinary adventure turned into something truly special, as our guests left with Italy in their hearts, and becoming part of Sabatino, The Truffle Family.   To our chefs who traveled with us: we are sincerely thankful for your enthusiasm in exploring Rome, uncovering ancient ruins, cooking together, learning from our talented Italian chef partners, hunting for truffles, and celebrating the abundant beauty of our home in Umbria.   We are looking forward to hosting more culinary masters in 2025, both in Italy and beyond (stay tuned for more exciting updates)!   #SabatinoTruffles #TheTruffleFamily #Italy
