RECAP / This year has been full of incredible moments, and we’re taking a look back at the projects that captured your attention the most. First up in our year-end recap is The Apex in West Bloomfield. This 368,000-square-foot, 5-story development showcases the best of collaboration and design. From construction phases to the grand opening, we are proud to have worked with the talented project teams that brought this remarkable development to life. Residents are welcomed by a 10-foot stainless steel sculpture at the grand entrance and inside, curated art throughout. Every detail has been crafted to elevate the experience, from coworking offices, club rooms, and fitness spaces to an outdoor amenity deck featuring a plunge pool, spa, grilling stations, and lounge areas.
