💙 3 Takeaways from the ATAC Conference on Teamwork 🌟 💪 Let's embrace vulnerability and inspire one another to step up and lead. We all have strengths and weaknesses, and showing vulnerability allows us to grow together. By embracing our imperfections, we can create an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best. 🏆 Remember, it's all about excellence, not perfection! We strive for excellence in everything we do, understanding that perfection is unattainable. Together, we can achieve greatness by supporting each other, learning from our mistakes, and constantly improving. 🤝 Let's foster a culture of mutual accountability, where we lift each other up and celebrate our collective successes. It's not just about being accountable to our leadership, but also to each other. Together, we are an unstoppable force! #BestNews 🌟 At the beginning of 2024, our team set a wildly important goal: to serve 1,500 survivors with support services—triple the number we served in 2023. 🎯 We knew achieving this would require every team member to go above and beyond by: - Increasing the number of certified programs ready to serve survivors 📋 - Expanding our webinar attendance to elevate standards of care 💻 - Training more people to identify and report trafficking 🎓 - Strengthening our internal efficiencies ⚡ - Growing our staff to ensure we weren't just hitting numbers, but serving each survivor with excellence 💪 Today, we celebrate a milestone: 1,500 survivors who took that brave step toward freedom. 🌈 We honor their courage and resilience as they embrace their FREEDOM. ✨💫
