Saintcyr Consulting was born out of a desire to help prepare and position leaders for success. After nearly 20 years of combined HR and employment law experience, leading and supporting significant HR turnarounds, overhauling ineffective workforce practices, advising leaders, and bringing successful resolutions to complex employment issues, we identified a common thread: leadership and management desired adequate training to prepare for and excel in their roles and be better equipped to empower talent to meet organizational and business goals. To meet this need, Saintcyr Consulting delivers inclusive training and development services, HR solutions, and diversity and inclusion strategies to support leaders in their roles and help talent thrive. By doing so, we equip the leaders and expert functions that support people, and ultimately strengthen their organizations as well. We are a small boutique firm, primarily serving the Irving and Dallas Fort-Worth area of Texas and the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts. We can support clients anywhere remotely.
