Office/Business Manager Shawano, Wisconsin $55 - $60k pa Point of Contact; Dillon.frechette@sakom-services.com We are seeking a dynamic office/business manager with a proven track record to join our office team in Shawano and; - Oversee and manage daily office activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide administrative support to executives and teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. - Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment to create a comfortable and functional workspace. - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective services. - Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to office operations. - Support HR functions, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related initiatives. - Must be well organized and have good attention to detail. - Capable of handling a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking throughout each day - Able to communicate easily with a wide range of individuals both verbally and written. - Applying for new and maintaining current licenses. - Responsible for insurance compliance. - Preparation and submission of bids for new contracts.  - Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job.     SAKOM are hiring. We are on the look out for a talented accountant to join our dynamic team in Shawano, Wisconsin. As our new team member you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health or our organisation. Salary = $53,423 - $64,663 pa Point of Contact; dillon.frechette@sakom-services.com Role: Perform general accounting and financial reporting functions for multiple companies along with processing of accounts payable to include the processing of checks. - Processes, codes and reviews approved invoices for multiple entities in preparation for payment; runs checks for payment of invoices; files checks and invoices; reconciles vendor statements; processes intercompany revenue and expense transactions.  - Maintains complete and accurate financial records and statistical reports; assists in completing financial regulatory reports. - Prepares monthly journal entries and financial statements and ensures accuracy; reconciles balance sheet accounts; prepares affiliated billing for all companies; research and explain significant variances. - Compiles budgets and tracks and reports variations. - Completes various reports.  - Compiles audit preparation work and works with auditors during the audit. - Reviews coding of invoices for areas of financial statement responsibility. - Ensures compliance reporting (sales, use, excise, and gross receipts taxes, FCC fees and PSC reporting) is completed. - Other duties as assigned. - Manage profit and loss.
