If you are looking to kick-start your next career opportunity, or looking to add talent to your team, join us for the 2025 SAME Career Transition Workshop. For job seekers: You’ll get the full experience: from resume and LinkedIn reviews to robust educational sessions and recruiter interviews from a wide variety of companies (onsite only). If you can’t make the onsite event, you’ll gain valuable insight and experience through an extensive virtual program. For recruiters: Our demographics includes O5-O6, E8-E9 retirees and some junior officers who are separating. Additionally, the SAME Foundation granted our program $5,000 to subsidize travel & lodging for service members trying to get to Linthicum for the in-person interviews and networking. We’ve developed a robust education program that you are welcome to take part in as well. We think this will be an exciting year for the workshop and hope you will consider joining us!
