There are many companies that offer a wide range of services but do not focus on this highly specialized field. This is not the case with Sapphire Hydraulics. Make-up and break-out 24/7 on-site services and hydraulic cylinder repair and rebuild is our primary focus. Mechanical issues can be expensive. They slow down production and cost you in unnecessary financial loss. Sapphire Hydraulics takes pride in delivering quick response time and exceptional service at an affordable price. A fast fix to all your break-out and make-up tubular and cylinder repairs and replacement services. • Have you ever been in a Bobcat? Founded in 1947 blacksmith brothers Louis and Cyril Keller from Minnesota set out to solve a large gap in the market. At the time equipment was HUGE and the only option for small jobs was with a wheelbarrow and shovel. Fast forward to 1958 the Bobcat brand was born and mass production started. As of 2014 over a million Bobcats have been produced. Sapphire Hydraulics enjoys working on these rugged compact units from simply cylinder replacements to full overhauls and the space to bring them straight to our facility.

  • Why is working or living on the water so enjoyable? The Human brain is hardwired to react positively to water. Accordingly, being near, in, on or under water makes us happier, healthier and more relaxed, both mentally and physically. So enjoy your work day especially if it takes you to the ocean.

  • OEM hydraulic hose replacement is a steady business for Sapphire Hydraulics. The original hoses for companies like Enerpac, Caterpillar, NOV and more are manufactured by 3rd parties and factory fit on the equipment. The aftermarket replacements go though a long supply chain from manufacturing, shipping, re-packaging, distribution to finally getting to the product. However be diligent on you selection of a replacement, look at safety factor, country of origin and the facility/certifications to ensure your new hose will last as long as the original for safe operation.

A - 342 metric tons B - 524 metric tons C - 324 metric tons D - None of these Sapphire Hydraulics
