If you are skilled in COMS, property evaluation, and transaction coordination, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. Coordinate property showings and open houses. Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions. Conduct market research and assist in preparing marketing materials. Help negotiate contracts and agreements under the guidance of real estate agents. Requirements: Prior experience in real estate is required. Proficiency with real estate management software. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Experience in construction project management and transaction coordination. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues. Sales or customer service experience is a plus. Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial for serving diverse client needs.
