Congress Delivers HSA Telehealth Extension and ACA Reporting Relief With only two weeks remaining in 2024, Congress extends the Health Savings Account (HSA) telehealth relief for another two years until December 31, 2026. Also, Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting has become easier by removing the need to distribute the Forms 1095-C to full-time employees except upon request.
