  • Dr. Mamta Muranjan, Professor of Pediatrics and the In-charge of the Genetic Clinic at Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital in Mumbai, and a Consultant Clinical Geneticist at NH SRCC Children’s Hospital. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Dr. Muranjan is also a recognized PG guide for MD (Pediatrics), DCH, and Clinical Genetics fellowship students, as well as for MSc (Applied Biology) students. Dr. Muranjan is deeply involved in rare diseases research and is the Nodal Officer for Rare Diseases at KEM Hospital. She is also a member of significant national committees, including the Central Technical Committee for Rare Diseases, National Consortium for Research and Development on Therapeutics for Rare Diseases, and the Executive Board of ISIEM. Her research and clinical interests include inborn errors of metabolism, particularly lysosomal storage disorders, newborn screening, skeletal dysplasias, and dysmorphology. Dr. Muranjan has contributed to over 120 publications in peer-reviewed journals and has authored chapters in the IAP textbook on topics such as Gaucher disease and skeletal dysplasias.   • Dr. Sankar VH, a highly experienced and distinguished Professor in the Department of Medical Genetics at SAT Hospital, Government Medical College, Kerala. With over 26 years of teaching experience, Dr. Sankar has also served as an examiner and PhD guide. He has played a pivotal role in shaping medical genetics in Kerala, including establishing a state-of-the-art genetic laboratory at the CDC, Trivandrum, and serving as the Nodal Officer for the Centre of Excellence for Rare Diseases at GMC, Kerala.
