HEART & HEALTH SCREENINGS FOR OUR EMPLOYEES The health of our employees is important to us. As a family-owned company with over 175 years of tradition, we know that long-term success is only possible with a strong and healthy team. This week, we offered our employees a voluntary heart & health screening programme. In collaboration with a health insurance provider, we made this screening available directly at our workplace in Schramberg. Many colleagues took advantage of the opportunity to have their vital signs checked at their workplace and, if necessary, receive recommendations for their health. Beyond this week’s screening, we also offer various other workplace health programmes: We actively encourage sports and team activities, such as company runs, the 'Stadtradeln' cycling challenge, and other events. After all, staying active not only boosts health but also strengthens team spirit! #schweizer #morethanpcbs #schweizerelectronicag #schramberg #teamspirit #yourfutureatschweizer #bgm #oneteam #onecompany #weworktogether #employeehealth

SCHWEIZER AT THE OPENING OF LI AUTO’S NEW R&D CENTER IN MUNICH Have you already seen a car which parks itself fully autonomously in a parking garage? This is already reality with a car from Li Auto (Li Auto), one of China’s leading automotive companies. Li Auto has now opened its first R&D center in Germany – a milestone for the automotive market and a forward-thinking step for the future of e-mobility in Europe. Our Chief Technology Officer, Thomas Gottwald, and our Product Marketing Manager, Rainer Jaeckle, were invited to the opening of the new R&D Center. Engaging with the Li Auto team and other partners provided fascinating insights into their future strategy for both the European and global automotive markets. We are excited about upcoming developments in the innovation journey of Li Auto. We would love to support this journey with our technology portfolio - especially our embedding solutions could be a significant potential contribution for further efficiency increase of the drivetrain. eSLEEK MADE IT INTO TOP 10 WITH PCBs FROM SCHWEIZER The eSleek24 is the latest electric race car from the DHBW Stuttgart Engineering e.V team (DHBW Engineering Stuttgart e.V.) in the Formula Student competition. SCHWEIZER has already been working successfully with the racing team for several years: One key innovation in their design is the PCB from Schweizer Electronic AG. The PCB serves as the central element within the battery modules which has a total capacity of 6.8 kWh. The battery consists of six modules, each of which can reach a maximum voltage of up to 100 V. The printed circuit board from Schweizer Electronic AG ensures the electrical connection of the cells within the traction battery and offers numerous advantages: • low contact resistance to minimize energy losses, • mechanical and thermal load capacity for reliable operation, • low mass to optimize system weight, • precise interfaces for voltage measurement, temperature monitoring, and press-fit components. We congratulate the DHBW Stuttgart Engineering e.V team on their good results and their innovative ideas for the use of state-of-the-art components and technology. MEET US THIS WEEK IN TOKYO, JAPAN AT NEPCON Join us at NEPCON JAPAN (22-24 January 2025) in Tokyo this week, where our CTO, Thomas Gottwald, will participate in an expert panel. His presentation will explore the latest achievements in embedding and power electronics and share a vision for the future — pioneering solutions that meet the needs of both today and tomorrow: Since the market launch of the p² Pack Technology in 48V applications in 2023, the number of applications for this technology has been increasing. There is also a very high demand for high-voltage applications, e.g. in the field of drive inverters for Battery-Electric-Vehicles (BEV), as users are very interested in the proven efficiency improvement, the increase in power density and the high reliability of this technology. The presentation will be held in English and translated live during the session using an AI translation system. Speaker: Thomas Gottwald Date: Friday, January 24, 2025 I 10:00 - 11:30 am Title: Advancements in embedding of Power Electronic devices into PCBs Place: Nepcon, Tokyo, Japan I PWB-5 SCHWEIZER.
