We take pride in the support we provide through ESOP transactions as well as post transaction for our ongoing clients. The commitment we’ve made to superior service has allowed our company to grow by leaps and bounds. We currently provide ongoing trustee support to Employee-Owned companies throughout the United States. We believe the key to our success is the diversity and talents of our team. We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to help serve our growing portfolio of clients. To be a part of our incredible team you must be a self-starter, great with time management, willing to do a little bit of traveling, and can work both independently and as part of a team. A successful candidate must be capable of leading and supporting client communications through a variety of channels. Responsibilities: - Manage a book of ESOP accounts for individuals who serve as a trustee - Coordinate day to day account transactions - Prepare valuation report review documents and assist in analyzing reports - Review account related documents, including record keeping report, plan legal documents, financial statements etc. - Reconciliation of ESOP account assets and liabilities - Work with clients to answer ESOP related questions - Interface with the trustees to coordinate account activities and sharing of information - Work with outside advisors (valuation, legal, accounting, etc.) as necessary - Travel to clients when requested - Attend conferences Experience & Ideal Qualifications - ESOP or Employee Benefit Plan: 2 years (Preferred) - Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar work experience - Financial or administration background compatible with valuation, administration of benefit plans or ESOPs in general Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental Insurance - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave - Retirement plan - Vision insurance - Schedule: Monday to Friday - Continuing Education Opportunities - Opportunities for OWNERSHIP
