    Recap insureNXT 2024 Cologne: This week, I had the pleasure of presenting on emerging trends among young consumers at insureNXT 2024 in Cologne.   The session examined the findings of SCOR's Digital Solution Global Consumer Study 2023-24, and what we can learn from it.   One of the key topics we explored was a change in behaviour around purchase triggers.   For the first time in our study’s history, the data shows that Good Online Reviews are now the most important consideration for young people when buying a policy – even more so than price.   The lesson is clear: consumer experience matters.   While competitive pricing remains a significant factor for insurers, providing a seamless, intuitive, and stress-free experience is crucial to meet the needs of young people.   We have an incredibility exciting opportunity to leverage the latest technological and AI advancements to help us achieve this goal, whether in purchase, engagement or claims.   A consumer-first mindset has to be at the core of our digital solutions – always.   Thank you to all who attended the session!
